Pros
Most people are nice, team lunches, the possibility of bonuses.
Cons
So many... As mentioned in another review, they watch your every move on cameras and will say something if you do something they don't approve of even if it is something minor. The higher ups aren't very good; will literally call you names like 'stupid' or 'lazy' (often times profanity is used) and will publicly shame you in front of people or on emails into doing a better job. If you make a mistake, they will get on you and lecture you as though you did it on purpose or as though you are a complete moron. There just is a lack of professionalism and blatant favoritism exemplified frequently even from HR. There is no positivity here or positive reinforcement. Either the management, how the company is ran, or coworkers who are inappropriate will bring you down no matter how hard you try to not let this place get to you. They definitely make it seem way better than it is in the interview. Bonuses aren't much and sales contest are completely political. HQ will take off weeks for holidays throughout the year but we don't get nearly as much. Plus, we really don't treat our customers very well because of how this place is ran. Not to mention, there is a very high turnover rate and if that doesn't tell you anything then I don't know what else will. You will do an unbelievable amount of administrative work and jump through hoops to complete the simplest of tasks. You truly cannot be independent or thrive because every move is watched, scrutinized, or you have to ask permission before taking the next step. The other reviews say it all but there are significantly more cons than pros so do yourself a favor and work somewhere else. It just isn't worth it.
