Lack of clear career progression paths, especially in certain teams/roles Lack of female seniority (and general diversity the higher up you go) Lots of specialisms/practices without any clear go to market strategy Lot of emphasis on seniority for a such a flat org - huge SLT with no real scope for what they do Poor people management - people become managers who are more senior at what they do, not because they're good people managers

Only company I’ve ever worked for where everyone takes the blame (when things go wrong) and everyone takes a win! (In the teams doing projects). Only company I’ve ever worked for in 9 years (and albeit 4 companies) where “we’re like a family” actually means something. It’s the best place to thrive, yes it’s an agency so it’s stressful and can be gruelling but everyone is there for you and also happy to have a moan with you too! Work life balance is another level!

Decent pay package and benefits, but newer joiners have been comped less for the same role

Usual consultancy BS, there are projects and clients everyone wants to avoid. No care for skills development or actual career development, it's just a case of bum on a seat Only promote people who fit the mould Definitely promote land and expand, despite claims to be different from other larger more well known consultancies
