      Pros

      Trial by fire so will learn to manage a lot of work quickly.

      Cons

      Toxic blame culture. Underpaid. Senior management hire friends and family and pat eachother on the back with promotions/bonuses. Personally saw management build cases to fire staff they didn't like.
