Racism and sexism is rife

Good law firm, I guess?

Where to begin. The Racism is rife (lawyer referring to a colleague as a 'smelly brown guy', blackface incident at one of the Christmas parties, terrible D&I stats in the company generally, black lawyers don't stay for long, some partners have tried to have #alllivesmatter conversations with other staff, it's just BAD), sexism also rife (again, lawyers going through brochure of female partners and ranking them on attractiveness, lawyers referring to admin tasks as 'pink tasks').

Breakfast and Lunch are free IT training is really good

Cons

Management do not care about you at all, they pretend to but if you let them know you have issues, i.e personally or need help with the role they will try and push you out or fire you.
