      Chaotic management Shouting and Blaming culture No one knows how anything works - nor do they want to help you Micromanagement is off the scale (CEO chasing up developers for last minute feature requests, calling people on sick leave etc..) General toxic workplace - fake deadlines, weekend working, out of hours calls, pressuring holiday cancellations Inappropriate comments from managers about other members of staff Good people come, then they quickly leave Constant promise of "It'll get better when.."

      Egoistic and biased Pathetic treatment towards Asians. You have an easy life here if you are a bootlicker. Opinions from Asian employees have no value if you are in Tech. Happy that i left early.
