      People are friendly and some are genuinely helpful

      Cons

      Poor management, blame culture even though the training to do your job is really poor. Sick leave policy is archaic.

      Good, clean, modern factory with all the latest and greatest tech. Good upper management + HR.

      Full of idiot supervisors/employees who make the working experience far harder than it needs to be.

      Some great colleagues, A good place to build experience, Flexi time, Training opportunities (eventually) Overall a tolerable place to work.

      Cons

      Pay not competitive. Poor long term prospects if your face doesn't fit, Lack of support and leadership from management, No clear strategic direction for the department, a feeling of stagnation.
