— Fully remove, VC-free, profitable, great culture and you get to work with some really smart, kind, & caring people. — Alignment from leadership on direction; it's refreshing in a start-up to know that there won't be abrupt changes in direction and the projects you're working on matter. — Above market pay with regular performance & comp reviews — Multiple offsites a year, get to go to cool places like Mexico, Brazil, Portugal

- The CEO gives off strong MAGA Vibes - Huge lack of diversity for a company this size - Low Margin product, highly susceptible to regulatory changes - A somewhat less than ethical "Reverse Robinhood" business model where Tremendous 'steals' from the poor and gives to the rich.
