      This company has no pros. Stay away.

      Cons

      They expect you to be available 24/7. No respect for personal time so forget about work life balance. Degrades and no respect for employees. They see and treat employees as replaceable. Micro-management. You must do what they want or they'll make you feel unwanted and create a hostile environment for you. Hypocrites. They proudly claim to be Christians but barely observes Christian values,

      "Excellent work-life balance and excellent benefits." The management team appears to genuinely care about their employees.

      Cons

      You may be required to work late or from home when the company requires it, but this is balanced by the ability to work from home when YOU require it; it's a fair trade.
