      Pros

      The 2 co-founders are really nice and friendly. They are willing to teach and give you the chance to explore and improve your work. Most importantly, you are allowed to make mistakes and learn from your mistakes. The company culture is one where everyone take care of everyone and help everyone. It's not rare to see Enforcement helping Marketing, Marketing helping Ops, etc.

      Cons

      Like all start-up SME, the pay and benefit is not as good compared to bigger companies.

      Unfortunately, I struggled to find positive aspects to highlight during my time at this company.

      Cons

      The company offers no clear career progression opportunities, making it difficult to grow professionally. Additionally, the pay does not reflect the workload, leaving employees feeling undervalued and overburdened.

      Close to home (subjective). Near to eateries

      Cons

      The company doesn’t effectively address the need for new employment to adjust. If they dont like you, youre just out. Very short term probationary period. I.e 2 weeks. Then im fired for incompetency.
