I initially applied for a FT job (40 hours) with benefits, went in and interview 3 days later get an email that I got the position but only for 16 hours/week (obviously no benefits). I looked the other way-completed 2 days of on-site training if you even want to call it that. Early on I could see and feel the work moral and knew it wasn’t for me. It took almost 2 months for me to get the 2 days of orientation/trainings paid after hassling everyday about it. Way better jobs out there especially for providers; there is legit no incentive or pros to work here.
