Very good colleagues and solid product. Years of development & research have been put to support customers worldwide. A very good starting company for young engineers who wants to gain experience in the world of motion & automation
Cons
No career growth. Hand few of people to support Globally. Located in remote place in South West (could be the reason they can't find many engineers). Average age of employees very high close to 45.
