      Pros

      Most of the co-workers on your level are cool.

      Cons

      Everything. Management is inexperienced. They don't care at all for process improvement. Filed for bankruptcy because their crappy medical practices and negative patient experiences put them there. Most of the staff is super unprofessional and will openly disclose how much they hate their job to patients.

      Pros

      The people are awesome. Many employees are team players and help everyone when needed.

      Cons

      No respect from Lifepoint. Low wages, low morale, no raises, the consistency of the wages across the board, based on work history is poor. A person that has been a medical assistant for 5 years, may be hired on at a higher rate then a current employee is making after 10 years of dedicated service. There is no consistency of pay between Lourdes and Trios. I know an MA that was hired on with 2 years experience and was offered $16/hr while new MAs out of school are starting at $18/hr. I personally have not received a raise in 2 years.

      Pros

      Willing to work with you when you have to deal with family emergencies. PTO accrues pretty quickly. The staff is great

      Cons

      lack of communication lower pay in the area management does not really hear employees out in a lot of departments
