Pros

I have met some great people whilst working at Triptease. All of them have left the company by now or will do so shortly.

Cons

No transparency, lack of experienced management, people are being promoted due to their status and duration of service. Inexperienced managers bringing more, even less experienced friends through referral. Dozens of people have been made redundant, work force is shrinking. Practically no sales or management left in London.

Opportunity to start your career. There is some good people with talent working at Triptease (wasting their time).

Cons

No vision, no direction. In sinking mode... No innovation. Lack of company culture and values. Values are written on paper but not taking into action. Internal toxicity fed by big egos. Lack of transparency. Lack of clarity. Management makes simple processes extremely complex and bureaucratic. Usualy going around circles in meetings. Lacking decision making process agility. Products are glorified widgets. Value and benefits are widely oversold to customers that churn frecuently. Poor business ethics
