Pros
Wonderful co-workers and management. Despite the outward appearance of a casual working environment a high level of professional industry work is accomplished on a yearly bases. Benefits are great, office hours are flexible but can be long.
Cons
No guarantee of growth with in the company. Lots of hours for low salary rate and no cost of living raise/plan.
