Pros
Excellent learning that will stand me in good stead of the rest of my career. Marketing Director is a guru who teaches as he works. I learned a huge amount. working environment is generally self-sufficient and provides alot of freedom to own your own work.
Cons
As a start-up, it's all hands on deck which is to be expected
