      Pros

      Easy to select specific jobs, schools, teachers, to sub. Flexible hours and days.

      Cons

      We were told an app was being developed to assist with job selection, however this has yet to happen after 2 years.

      It’s an easy job to get into if you want to get into teaching and getting some experience

      Cons

      The pay is quite terrible and some schools want you to work there with them and they pay even less than what the company does

      Pros

      Incredibly simple to get hired and start work as a substitute teacher. The charter schools in the area are mostly great. TROOP gives tons of resources to help with the job.

      Cons

      You are not supervised, yet you are liable for the lives of people's children. You must be prepared and confident, as well as attentive. Also.... no bathroom breaks for teachers.
