      Pros

      Full of lovely, intelligent and hard-working people. Great internal culture within the teams and so, so privileged to have been part of the group through all of the challenges of the last two years.

      Cons

      There is still a lot to fix and the work is challenging (but rewarding too), the team pull together brilliantly and there is always someone willing to collaborate and help.

      Trouva is a great place to work

      Pros

      Lovely team, great office, a challenging environment (in a good way) where you would constantly be learning something new. There is also a welfare package every month and occasional seasonal gift hampers! Compared to other businesses I have worked for, Trouva is providing everyone with great visibility on projects that other teams are focusing on as well as performance vs targets. Every small win is celebrated by the whole team and you feel like you are part of something you all believe in.

      Cons

      As every small business Trouva is facing the challenges that come with rapid growth but the management team is great at providing guidance and showing the bigger picture.

      - Innovative business model with a great mission. - Smart & friendly team. - Work you do gets to make a big impact on the business. - Autonomy and ability work on multiple different projects. - Flexible working + people team have developed some good perks lately.

      Cons

      If I had to pick something it was that I felt there was a lack of clear objectives for my career progression.
