Hard Pass

Pros

The employees I worked with were good people and worked well together. They have great vacation.

Cons

They have no onboarding/training process to help you be successful. There idea of training is to send you into the field to sell and than constantly nick pick everything you do or don't do. They use Salesforce to monitor/babysit your every move. They want robots to hit metrics everyday and people that cannot think for themselves. They talk down to you and will treat you like you are not bright if you do not bow to there every whim. The pay is somewhat competitive but the commission structure is horrible (you will never hit your goals). The insurance benefits are the worst I have ever had. No real opportunity for advancement. They do not maintain there buildings. They are a very reactive company that always seemed to be 2 steps behind.

Pros

Some very nice people that work in mid to lower management.

Cons

Private equity owned so very short term focused. Health plan is self funded so there is a higher cost and very lean on benefits. Outdated technology/systems, merit increase process is not annual and based on board approval, comp on the lower end compared to similar companies, lack of focus on career growth, High turnover in many departments including product management, leadership at the top isn’t focused on internal talent development.

It was OK

Pros

People in my department were nice.

Cons

Didn't have much interaction with any other department. People with "titles" think they can treat everyone else below them like garbage. You get talked down upon often and blamed for things that are not your fault. There isn't much room for growth.

Pros

You get paid and you get ok benefits.

Cons

This company does not care about you. During this Coronavirus, only selected people get to work from home while others must come in. They refuse to let you work at home if you have kids because they say it's a "distraction" and they even told us a mom who has a 1 year old that she couldn't work at home if her child was there.

Pros

This company has great people with tons of experience to teach new hires, as well as some of the best management I've ever experienced on a store level. They take lengths to ensure they maintain a good team and happy work environment.

Cons

The pay could be better Truck Pro, with raises given sparingly, and when they are given they don't give enough to really impact your pay. They do not allow overtime except once a year on inventory, which is mandatory. Corporate has a lot of rules that feel counter productive and seems to hinder the ability of the store to make sales and/or maintain inventory.
