      Pros

      Used to feel like a mission based company. Pay is good. Co-workers that excel and challenge you. Nice office space Diversity is important to them.

      Cons

      Work/life balance - you were rewarded for working well over 40+ hours a week and not the quality of that work. They are a finacial company, yet they made such mistakes that required laying off 1/8 of the company. These layoffs were with some people who were with the company the longest and done in a distasteful way. The mission seemed lost and getting a sale seemed to take priority.

      Pros

      Incredible team, friendly culture, great work hours, and a big (rare) emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Cofounders are great people who know what to do and get things done.

      Cons

      The company was running lean with not much funding at the time. Although this was a few years ago and I believe now that has changed.
