Immediate team, direct supervisor and middle management is great which makes each day worth it. Flex time off. 3% 401k match up to 6% contribution.

Cons

Leadership is so disconnected and emotional which leads to a lot of useless busy work. No room for growth. No skill building due to everything being a fire. Hires externally vs internally promoting. No work life balance. Employee Discount is equal or lower than normal sale days
