Pros

Tip sharing. Employee discounts. You can work the front desk and the medical floor, so you aren't constantly stuck doing the same thing every day.

Cons

Horrible pay. Some customers are nuts. Typical corporate poverty job while the CEO is insanely rich. They don't care about mental health, you are a tool to use. Prices are disgusting unless there is a sale.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, Ample opportunities to connect with patients, Employee discounts. Lots of ways to learn new things about the industry and stay mentally stimulated.

Cons

Strict rule policy, No room for career growth, Occasional dangerous work environment with theft and mentally unwell patients My biggest issue with this company was that I was never offered a promotion, no matter how hard I worked, or how many goals I achieved for the store. Not ever getting a chance to work up the ladder is why I wound up leaving the company.
