Thank you for this feedback. It led to changes--e.g. the former President who was on point for 100% of all aspects of the company was removed approx. 4-5 months after this review. Also, after this review, I added a full-time and very highly capable CTO with demonstrated technology commercialization experience at the highest levels (e.g. helped co-design Netflix.) And numerous CompSci & Math PhD's were brought onto the team to help address our super hard--and exciting!--problems. Morale is now much better--as stated by staff themselves--because the following issues (as stated by the reviewer) are now **things of the past**: "...lack of focus and goals, and all that high volume of wasted work...." BUT!, I'm not taking anything for granted. Eg. We now have a proper/professional HR person on the team for the first time, to further open the channels of communication and collaboration. Eg. The company now involves its customers in priority-setting and solution/service design. Eg. The company has now done two separate "All Hands" off-site Strategy Review Summits, complete with outside, professional resources from Silicon Valley and involving its customers, no less :) Trust Science now listens openly, actively & with great appreciation to any and all ideas, constructive criticism and suggestions. And we don't rest on our laurels, either. Eg. You'll notice we no longer do hollow media coverage, as noted by the reviewer....we now prefer to underpromise & over-deliver to the market & observers. I'm very sorry you (reviewer) had to endure what you describe during the middle of yr. 2016. I truly believe that things have been vastly improved since then.
