Pros

The company had a pool of highly skilled individuals who excelled at their respective roles. The talent within the company was impressive on an individual level and contributed unique strengths. Some of the best talent in the business. I had an amazing director who provided support and guidance. They were approachable and helped me navigate challenges which brought me growth both personally and professionally.

Cons

The company had a tendency to frequently change employees' day-to-day job duties. This lack of consistency reduced efficiency, and made it difficult establishing a routine. This inconsistency created frustration and made it challenging for employees to meet the company's shifting goals. Poor management scattered throughout the company resulted in broken processes within the company. This included inefficient workflows, lack of standardization, and ineffective procedures. Such issues lead to wasted time, increased errors, and frustration among employees. When the company was doing well, employees were rewarded for their achievements. However, during challenging times, employees were belittled and gaslit, which negatively impacted morale and motivation.

Pros

my direct supervisor is and always has been amazing. I have been working here since pre-pandemic, and it used to be the best job I ever had. unfortunately the remaining pros are minimal, other than the relationships with remaining coworkers I have maintained from the good old days.

Cons

Awful base pay paired with an insulting commission structure. Disorganization is an understatement. Dead silent sales floors. Upper management is completely out of touch with reality, visiting the offices dressed up in Gucci preaching about hard times. In 2021 we were bought out by short sighted, culture killing, bean counting, greedy robots. New software, department restructuring, and other changes every month are consistently slowing us down; saying our lack of success is directly linked to a lack of recruiter effort. This company will be sold, dissolved, or merged with another within 18 months.

Pros

Had decent benefits - Medical insurance, PTO, 401K.

Cons

I've never worked in a more toxic workplace environment, than at Trustaff. Everyone, every day, was on edge and afraid of being let go. I didn't know of a single co-worker that actually liked their job there. Leadership was constantly changing things on you - your monthly goals, the facilities you were to manage, how you should document things in their CRM, where you sit when you're in the office (felt like kindergarten constantly changing desks)...I'm not talking about changing things up once a year, I'm talking about changing things every. single. month. Then they loved to hand out PIP's to their employees after changing your goals/accounts multiple times in a 6 month period. They'll give some CSM's new accounts and not others. Then punish the ones that didn't get new accounts because they're not reaching goals. Leadership would tell you how disappointed they are in you but do nothing to try to help you. They would force you to come work in the office for "extra training" but never provide any training. They would drop the "F" bombs and other curse words during Teams calls (so unprofessional). Everyone was literally scared all the time of being fired or laid off. They were good for sending out a Friday 4PM urgent meeting request and letting a mass amount of employees go over a Teams call. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders when I left there. I actually liked my job and the responsibilities that came with it, but leadership literally made it miserable to work there. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to Trustaff.
