      - Great interpersonal management - Helpful managers and coworkers - Flexible working hours - Remote & Hybrid work systems - Fast growth and prominent projects - Great learning curve

      Cons

      - Single cashflow module (created a block when there was stallments in the agreements) - Narrow vision for market needs - Haven't paid salaries for more than 5 months - Impromptu decision making from the CEO/Owner led to a stalemate position between management and employees
