Turning Point is a great place to work and really unlike any other workplace in a positive way. The culture is impeccable and it’s a really fun place to work with the balance of doing hard work.
Cons
It’s easy to take the environment for granted when you see it every day. Some program’s struggle with implementing work life balance.

We are so glad that you have had such a good experience being a member of our TPCP family and we hope you continue to enjoy your time with us! We appreciate all the year's you have given to our mission, and will take what your feedback on the implementation of work life balance into consideration. Thank you again for all that you do.
Turning Point is an asset to differently-abled populations and offers an array of services for clients and employees. I thoroughly enjoyed the 13-week training we were given about basic behavioral and mental health-related topics. I felt more prepared stepping into this role as a program support assistant.
Cons
I would like to see the administrative side included in more client briefings as we are the first line of communication. I think better staff communication and inclusion would benefit the company.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We agree that our administrative support professionals are key to the provision of services to the individuals we are privileged to serve and we are currently enhancing the training opportunities provided to them. We wish you the very best and hope we have a chance to provide you with an even better experience with us in the future.
Looks good on a resume, therefore will assist in BETTER job opportunities
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment from management. Bullying from team leads, especially Amy Hostile work environment if managmenet doesnt like you, which 9x out of 10 they eventually will not
