      Pros

      Twinlab is a wonderful, inclusive employer. They offer good PTO, which are not required for sick days, and quarterly company activities to show appreciation to employees. Everyone is friendly, very welcoming, and always willing to help. I have felt comfortable and accepted since day one. They really do welcome suggestions for improvements. Oh, and they have what they call Summer Hours. They shut down at 2pm every Friday throughout the summer, and you do not have to accumulate the hours for it during the week!

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative to say about Twinlab.

      Place is a disaster, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

      Pros

      None... at one point it was a decent place to work because of the people. Current management destroyed what was a great brand very quickly.

      Cons

      Culture is horrendous, everyone is miserable and afraid of losing their jobs because of the current state of the company, not to mention all they do is lie. The current CEO is by far the worst... doesn’t care if people get paid for work that is completed and then you are left front facing with angry customers.

      Pros

      Very few. The former CEO seemed to genuinely care about the rank and file employees, particularly at the Utah plant. Nice organized celebration events for achievements, retirements, and sometimes also big accomplishments.

      Cons

      Morale has never been worse. People are scared that the company will go bankrupt. A few weeks ago the three most senior executives were fired by the board and no real honest explanation has been provided internally, its been all spin and fog. New CEO has no clue, she reads prepared scripts, robotic, disinterested, and the rumor is shes just a puppet of the board and is minding the store until the company is sold or shut down. Terrible.
