      If you thrive working for an unappreciative, stressful, bureaucratic organisation this one will definitely be the one for you.

      Cons

      Stressful working environment with little support from Management. Expectation for all staff to work over all bank holidays including Christmas and New year with no extra enhancement than normal salary.No progression prospects.No working flexibility.Expectation to cover shifts and hours with no extra pay other than normal pay.
