      People are ok and some very experienced/skilled professionals - unfortunately not at top management level

      Cons

      * Misleading management * Lots of empty promises * Poor inner culture * Poor leadership * The lack of any managerial skills or understanding of people management

      Pros

      1) Friendly colleagues 2) Ability to learn and improve if you are the type of person that works better at high adrenalin level stress situations.

      Cons

      1) Very disorganized, chaos-induced stressed environment; 2) CEO is incompetent to fulfill his duties as manager/leader 3) Low pay 4) By working in mechanical/operations realted department you will be scrreamed at and heavily insulted.
