Pros
Used to be a great place to work, now in free fall and total chaos. No pros left
Cons
Moral has been low for a while but now with no bonuses and little chance of promotion, it is at an all time low. Senior management appear to be set on outsoucing everything or replacing with AI, no quality work for clients, just churning out the big bucks for those at the top, not the people who actually do the work. Not sustainable, set on a trajectory for failure.
