Not what I signed up for

Pros

Great experience. Lots of overtime.

Cons

Not enough pay, schedule is bad, the circumstances of the job itself make it not worth it to have(unless you do not have to travel a lot). Some people unapproachable. Too much traveling, not enough reimbursement for mileage.

Pros

The colleagues are nice and easy to get along with. The premise of the job is very relaxed and does not require much high functioning cognition. Overall it's good money for easy work, and doesn't require extra time.

Cons

Management dealings are underhanded. There's a lack of communication between Management and staff.
