      A Wonderful Place to Work!

      Pros

      USDM is an amazing place to work if you are a career driven individual that loves a fast-paced work environment. There are many opportunities for growth within your desired career. Supportive managers that are quick to implement new technology to make work more efficient and enjoyable. They never hesitate to invest in the tools that we need to do our job the best way that we can. USDM provides robust benefit plans and the ability to work remotely has always been a plus for me as well.

      Excellent Work Environment

      Pros

      USDM has excellent management and team members. They have provided the resources I needed to further my career. The work environment is wonderful and I would recommend working with USDM to any friend of mine.

      Cons

      I have not had any complaints thus far. Many people work remotely, which can sometimes make communication an issue, but I have seen this model as more of a pro than a con.

      Fast Paced Company with Highly Experienced Team

      Pros

      Highly seasoned SMEs in life sciences, flexible work schedule/work from home, fast growing/fast-paced work environment and industry, partners with leading software technologies, great work-life balance, good company culture (occasional happy hours and seasonal parties), opportunities to advance your career, amazing benefits (medical, dental, 401k).

      Cons

      Need to be a self-starter to survive and enjoy working here, cannot depend too much on other employee's help, new-hire training program is under development, internal communication is difficult to navigate as everyone works remotely, not a traditional company feel.

      Thank you for your feedback. Self-starters and people that are driven and passionate about making an impact thrive at USDM. However, we are investing significantly in onboarding and training as we realize that in can make employee ramp up quicker and easier (especially for people earlier in their career). We have a task force working on internal communication and will start releasing real time updates across various departments on our USDM Pulse chatter feed.

      Pros

      Great people at all levels of the company. A solid crew that work here where everyone is supportive of each other and also has a great time together. Very open and approachable environment where you are given the space and freedom to work, ask questions, learn from mistakes and make suggestions that can help grow your career. Knowledgeable mentors and SMEs that can teach and give advice which will help expand your visions and goals.

      Cons

      Multi-tasking is essential as there always are a lot of moving pieces. So if you do not enjoy a fast paced environment this may not be the place for you.

      Always Something New and Exciting Happening, Fun Work Environment

      Pros

      The clients I help at USDM are some of the most fascinating, cutting edge medical device companies in the world. I am exposed to many of their new, cutting edge products, which is really exciting for me. No two days are the same, so coming to work is actually fun. I am helping our clients make decisions and implement systems and processes that make a huge difference in the world. The managing partners at USDM make themselves available to all levels of employees, which in my experience is rare. The work environment is fun too. The company regularly has company events and happy hours.

      Cons

      USDM is growing quickly. There are some growing pains at times. As the company grows, there are some occasional long days, but the company really does a lot to give back to their employees.

      Great Mentors and SME’s to work with!

      Pros

      These people know what they are doing! This is a very fast paced environment so you better be ready to jump in with both feet. I always get a lot of support from SME’s. They are available to jump on a call or provide guidance. We work together and collaborate on many projects so it’s important to have a positive attitude. I enjoy the work and the work environment. Management looks at your strengths and sets you up for success.

      None that I can think of right now.
