Pros

Everything is very clear cut and you are given structure for lesson planning, though you can also do your own thing if you want to. Very simple job that is great for anyone who either likes to coach tennis or needs a little extra money.

Cons

You just have to be the kind of person that likes coaching, but I think that is obvious and really up to you.
