Extreme micromanagement. Cameras are everywhere in the company , senior management have access to every computers' history to monitor each employees strictly. Before the end of the day, every employees are expected to send an email to the owner of their "very detailed" daily work summary. Everyone always fear of losing their jobs because the owner would fire employees last minute without notifying them in advance. Like the last review mentioned, if employees are not willing to do as told, even for the owner's personal affairs, there is a high chance for them to be fired on the spot. All the managers don't have a say to anything, and the employees do not know who to listen to anymore. The owner says he complies to all laws and regulation, but he never paid overtime even when we had to stay because of his meetings. Extension cords are also lying around everywhere floor where most employees trip over, but they are doing nothing about it. Overall, the workplace is very hostile, extremely dictatorial, and dangerous.
