      If you're passionate about bitcoin, then you're in great company at Unchained. You also get to make a real contribution in pushing self/collaborative-custody forward—ensuring more bitcoin is held by individuals and businesses instead of custodians. Definitely an "we're in this together" vibe, everyone humble and very supportive across departments. The team is chock full of talented people that know their stuff. I levelled up my understanding of bitcoin, wallet security, retirement and inheritance, and the industry in general.

      Cons

      The company grew to 100 people in the space of a year, so we experienced the normal startup growing pains of adjusting to new forms of organisation and management.
