      The salary maybe? But with no evolution over the last 3 years, could you even say that?

      Cons

      People are leaving or being made redundant... Boredom, lack of respect, you name it... It became such a very toxic company

      Pros

      Amazing place to work friendly team managers and heads of service all care and are passionate about there role and the business. Amazing company perks and motivation get together all through the year to build morale motivation and relationships

      Cons

      If my role was based on London I’d be working for then still just needed to relocate back to UK
