Pros
Lead engineer good to work with if you could get time with him your time was not a priority.
Cons
Very narrow view of the company here is some work for you do it , just technical skills needed and what a stack J2EE EJB, Struts 1, Java 8, AngularJS, JS/HTML/CSS, IBATIS MSSQL Server increasing AWS. Have never seen like this for a long time seemed likely to have been chosen by an individual so they can't be replaced.
