Very toxic place to work. Poor onboarding and bad company culture. If you’re a friend of HR you can get away with anything. You can get ahead in the company if you’re willing to throw your colleagues under the bus. Overall company doesn’t seem to value skillset and has a huge dependency on ChatGTP

The stack is pretty solid, they had all the technology and you can learn a lot, if you are a junior or an entry-level

Cons

the management is pretty bad, in Romania i mean, you get a felling that they are a dysfunctional family
