      Awful company, avoid at all costs

      Pros

      Some people are nice and helpful, most employees look quite sad and dissatisfied though

      Cons

      One of the worst companies to be working for. Constant montoring and micromanagement, lack of respect and trust from top management, no flexibility and employees are treated like garbage. The CEO is awful and would literally fire people for no reason, he is NOT a good manager much less a leader and has very unhealthy principles for running an office; tends to forget that his employees are people and not robots. Also, the salaries are NOT decent, don’t believe those deceptive ads.

      Good peoples, free coffee, open office, a lot o games.

      Cons

      Very toxic CEO, please don't go and work on Unifun, CEO will humiliate you, he's speaking bad words, you are the looser in his eyes. Many people have mental problems after working in this company. Salary is not official, the company avoids VAT in Moldova. All business is on offshore in Cyprus and Dubai. No parking.

      - Friendly HR team. Always trying to help. - Good programmers. Great people. System Admins rock ! - Good working conditions

      Cons

      - Top management from my opinion is unqualified. CEO does not respect people. Treat workers like goods. - Bureaucracy - Company create the impression that they can pay you high salaries. In reality most of the people are underpaid . - Monotonous tasks, and no personal growth. - High outflow of people
