      Only the remote working, I guess

      Poorly managed, a funny little man- with a little-man attitude seems to run the show, even though he is head of Sales, been there 2 years and not yet made a sale! Owner is none-existent, he only makes a brief appearance every so often, he is only interested in moving to Dubai. Drives people too hard, and poor recruitment meant we had someone sitting doing nothing for 3 months at contract rates, yet had two others working silly hours to get tasks done.

      Nothing that I can point out as such

      The company has no decent projects. I worked an year and the manager was mostly building college level projects which made no sense. Most of the clients went away due to the lethargy of the manager.
