Business outlook
Pros
Very employee-centric. Free snacks, drinks, and entertainment area. Annual company day out for team building and Christmas do. All management was very approachable. Pleasant working environment.
Cons
Not alot of room for advancement. Firm was acquired by Deltek and as a result employees are now more of a number than a person. Great deal of confusion and poorly managed transition to new systems. Former Union Square clients now get less customer service/tech support than under Union Square. Managed from America so large disconnect in what impacts employees in the US vs UK.
