      Pros

      The people there are very friendly. After joining, you’ll feel like you’re part of your family in no time. Salaries are average for freshers, juniors, and early mid-level roles, but the collaborative atmosphere and team spirit add a lot of value to the overall experience.

      Cons

      At times, the workload can be extremely heavy and intense, which can be quite exhausting, especially during tight deadlines. There are also moments when things feel a bit unorganized, leading to some confusion in task distribution or setting priorities.
