Pros

In three years with the company, I have received two promotions and have grown tremendously as an employee. Diligent offers careers that are unique to healthcare and provides growth opportunities, especially for nurses, in ways that I did not know were possible before starting with the company. Diligent does a great job of internal promotions and they have a great retention rate that is particularly difficult to find in healthcare. The learning and training experiences I have received with Diligent are more extensive and in-depth than any other position I have held as a healthcare professional. Both upper management and colleagues alike are supportive, communicative, and all employees are frequently updated with the developments and opportunities within the company. Even throughout the pandemic, the company has been open and flexible with their employees to ensure everyone is able to work effectively and safely while promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Pros

work remotely from home low stress work with no physical demands very supportive administration and management - I cannot stress this enough! They will help you find a way to grow your career within this space and are very understanding and flexible regarding employee needs. They really consider and implement employee suggestions, just a really great team environment! The HR team is also phenomenal. They make a lot of effort to engage employees and bring teams that don't usually interact together for fun monthly games and remote gatherings, among many other things they do to foster a fun, professional and inclusive work environment.

Cons

The pay rate is on the lower end for an RN, but commensurate with the M-F 9-5, work from home, and stress-free work that is hard to find for an RN.
