Business outlook
Pros
Family owned distribution company. Good people and product line. Customers were also decent people with consistent orders. I was also working with the VP of sales on trade shows several times a year which I enjoyed.
Cons
Little room for growth. Owners were extreamly tight and actually lived on site in their RV! I broached the subject several times regarding starting a matching 401k and the owners said they took a employee survey and not enough people wanted it. (I find that hard to believe)
