You can come across real genuine people that work for the company. If you are just looking for a quick pay check/this the job because it isn’t a career non what’s so ever
Cons
No opportunity to move up in the company/ If so you still get treated as a regular guard No holiday pay/some guards get holiday pay No benefits/some pay for benefits No work life balance You get treated with no respect when you don’t want to be a puppet No perferred schedule/ scheduling is based upon seniority/Your availability doesn’t matter
