Insane amount of turnover in every department: ~20% of the company left over the span of a few weeks at the end of 2020. Not to mention the significant number of people who left before/after this time period.

Whole company is driven by fear. Previously, this fear was primarily instigated by the founder of the company who is a visceral nightmare to sit in meetings with because he is impossible to please and likes to yell. Now, the fear seems to stem from the never-ending restructuring and reorganizing due to so much turnover and loss of knowledge.
