It started out nice but quickly realized how unethical some of the practices were and how they contradicted my education

Everything was terrible. They were more concerned with theirselves and their livelihood rather than the kids.

Unorganized, program managers are not ready for management (lack of leadership skills); many clichés in management; management does not like to do therapy and take many and extended mall/coffee/lunch/snack breaks
