Salary not in line with UK standard

My problems lied with mostly Italian management of this company, expect slow replies, last minute jobs, and no concept for deadlines. There is a blur of what the UK tells you and what HQ says, you will then have to face the backlash for this as-well. My feeling weren’t exclusive to my job role and other felt the same pressures. Working trips to Italy didn’t feel like a perk with the longer working hours. The job description doesn’t accurately explain what you’ll be doing, mine changed dramatically within a week. When I brought this up with UK, HQ stepped in and my contract (less than 2 years and past probation) was terminated alongside someone else in a similar position to me.
