Client projects were exciting when we were actually given direction.
Cons
There was zero clarity about priorities - projects pivoted daily without explanation. Managers played favorites and ignored real issues. Any structure we had was purely for show. The emotional whiplash of constant change without communication broke my spirit.
I liked working with some of the folks there, and for a remote company, and some of the clients were pretty cool
Cons
I was chained to my laptop, in client meetings all day, with no time to actually do my work. Management encourages innovation but we absolutely did not have time to innovate, and got no support for the work we were able to complete.
