Growing pains but you will be the one who suffers.
Pros
Urban Recovery is a beautiful inpatient recovery facility located in Red Hook. The only pro is the structure itself. Beautifully designed for recovery from substance abuse. The clinical staff is excellent and incredibly knowledgeable.
Cons
The company hires you with promises of an exciting place to work. However they are empty practices since the administrative staff is unorganized and unable to make conscious decisions. Scheduling is an issue if your a nurse on staff or other service positions. They set a schedule and change it last minute. The director of hiring is not honest or forthcoming. My schedule was changed four times and the end I went from full time to one day a week and without notice position eliminated. I was not the only victim. At least 10 others or more suffered the similar outcomes.
