Terrible HR with lack of clear communication, empty promises, and fairness. Overall, despite the opportunity to work with talented teammates, chaos in management give you no choice other than leaving the company.

60 % of the times not paid on time. I have left the company without being paid for 3 months continuously. The higher management does not care whether you are paid on time or not, instead shift blames. they are not clear on what they want and keep dancing between requirements. They expect you to be available on weekends and past working hours. Project managers are unclear and dont know how to plan tasks. they have lost over 10 employees in the course of 8 months and had 7 resignations in a week. Its a toxic company with terrible management and HR. They have been dodging the Labour department. They have not paid income tax and EPF , SOCSO for over a year. Please don't be in this company unless you are okay to be obedient to the boss and get rewarded the bare minimum.
